In our practice, our specialty is cosmetic & implant dentistry. This is where we get to help our patients make their smiles more pleasing to themselves and others around them. It is so rewarding for us when we help a patient go home with the lovely, bright smile they have been wishing for. Dental Implants
Dental implants are titanium posts placed surgically into the jawbone to replace missing teeth. These metal anchors replace the tooth roots. The metal anchors are allowed to integrate and heal with the bone for several months before they can be used as a foundation to attach artificial teeth.
Dental Dentures
Dentures are removable dental devices that replace missing tissues and teeth. The gums are made of acrylic, and the teeth can be either acrylic or porcelain. Complete dentures are used when all teeth in the upper or lower jaw are missing. Partial dentures can be used if some natural teeth are still present.

Meet Dr. Julio C. Rosado
Dr. Rosado has been serving the south Florida Miami area with excellent dentistry for nearly three decades. He began his education in dental technology at the Lindsey Hopkins Technical College in Miami, Florida. He then continued his studies in the field of dentistry at the Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic where he graduated in 1987.
He initially began practicing in Hialeah, Florida as an associate. After two years, he was ready to open his own practice. He opened the doors of his office in 1990 and has been serving members of his community ever since.
Despite his advanced level of clinical skill, Dr. Rosado continued to advance his education each year to keep up with technical developments and new regulations. He completed a two-year course of study at the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry, a postgraduate educational and clinical research facility dedicated to the advancement of dentistry. He also added a certification to offer sedation dentistry so he can help those patients who are too anxious or fearful to receive dental care without additional support.
